C J Lumpkin

Charles J Lumpkin was the son of George W. Lumpkin and Sarah Harrison.  Charles J. was born 10 Feb 1851 and he unites in marriage the 26 Nov 1871 his bride was Nancy Alice Smith.  I have found one child a Louis Dillard Lumpkin who is born to the couple in 1882.  Charles J. Lumpkin dies 5 Dec 1898 and is buried in Howards.  His stone is a granite obelisk, which is engraved with the Masonic symbol.    Nancy Alice has a stone with just her christian name engraved on it her 1853-1952; she was 99 when she passed.
